Debbie Watts lives in the big town
of Alvord, about 12 miles north of
Decatur, TX. She moved there 8
years ago from the metroplex, and
openly admits the relocation
caused quite a culture shock!
Things are back to normal now, and
combined, she and her husband have
3 sons, 2 daughters, and 4
granddaughters all living right
there in Alvord. In January 2007,
Debbie accepted the position of
Station Manager here at BOSS 95.5,
and she hit the ground running! In
addition to handling  advertising,
she also presides over the
People2People Show weekdays from
10a-11a.

A 25 year vet of the radio biz, Chaz
now rocks mornings on the Classic Rock
Experience. Having worked with just
about every type of music, Chaz has
settled into his real favorite (he was
listening to Billion Dollar Babies and
Aqualung as a kid). Chaz has been with
some great stations through the years,
the legendary KZEW "The ZOO" and KZPS
along with trying his hand at Smooth
Jazz with KOAI The Oasis in Dallas plus
various formats across the globe at ABC
Radio Networks. He has his hands full
with two teenage boys and an online
radio station with live 365.com. It's a
no nonsense approach as Chaz gets to
the goods mornings on The Classic Rock
Experience.

It's not often that a career in cross-country
trucking leads to a career in radio -- but that's
how it happened to Frank Welch. "It's true," he
says. "I was listening to a lot of radio stations
while driving around the country. My thought was, 'I
could do better than that!' so I jumped into it."
Today, Frank's definition of "drive time" has
changed. The road to his current Classic Rock stint
wound its way through a variety of radio stations
including Dallas stations KCDU-FM, KLUB-FM and
KVIL-FM. "I've done basically every on-air job you
can do: jock, studio news reporter, street reporter,
traffic reporter, sports reporter and more." These
experiences have brought Frank news honors,
including the Dallas Press Club's "KATY" Award and
the Dallas U.P.I. Award. Frank believes he has an
impact on his listeners because he genuinely enjoys
his job. "I have a lot of fun on the air and I
really believe that if you're having fun at
something, people respond positively to you."

Michelle Michaels has a definite
ability to chat. She is extremely
annoying, and nobody else at the
station likes her. Nobody.
Michelle has been in the radio
business for over 10 years in
Detroit and Dallas. She got her
start in AM radio in Anchorage,
Alaska. Why we have her high
school yearbook photo, I have no
idea.

Eric Crosslin is the goofy
dude you hear on The Boss
Morning Show. What else do
you want to know? He likes
long walks on the beach.By
"walks," we mean sessions,
and by "beach," we mean x-box.

Christie moved from Detroit, Michigan to
Bridgeport, Texas in May 2007. In her sales
career over the last 15 years, she has sold
everything from computers, to credit cards
machines and GPS systems, to construction
equipment and materials.  New to Texas, she
quickly started scanning for radio stations that
played the type of music she liked, and that's
when she came across 95.5 The BOSS. It turned out
that they were looking to hire someone local to
sell advertising, so she submitted her resume,
got hired, and starting working for the station
in July 2007.  Off-air she handles sales,
promotions, and public relations. On-air you can
catch her co-hosting The Boss Morning Show,
filling in on People to People, and at all Live
Broadcasts with the The BOSS Street Team.  Not
long ago she started out as a rookie, and now,
clearly she is on her way to stardom (wink)!
