General Contest/Sweepstakes Rules
1. Contests open to persons 18 years of age or older, unless specified otherwise.
2. Qualified entries will be accepted as directed by Hunt Broadcasting, Inc./Boss 95.5.
3. Winners for contest will be determined as stated for each contest.
4. For any contest only one winner per household will be allowed for the duration of
the contest, unless otherwise specified. The first in each household to qualify or win
will be considered. All subsequent persons from the same household will be
disqualified.
5. Winners for any contest must wait 30 days before winning another contest if the
prize has a value of less than $75. If the prize is valued over $75, the winner must
wait 60 days before winning again. If it has been less than 30 days or 60 days,
respectively, since any winner has won something from Hunt Broadcasting, Inc./Boss
95.5, the winner forfeits any prize won prior to the conclusion of the 30 or 60 days
from the date of winning the earliest prize.
6. If at any time a winner has a question about the last time they won, they may
contact the Promotions department of Boss 95.5 at 940.567.6600.
7. If a prize has not been picked up within 60 days from the date it had been won,
Hunt Broadcasting, Inc./Boss 95.5 reserves the right to keep the prize and/or give it
away again.
8. Hunt Broadcasting, Inc./Boss 95.5 reserves the right to use all winners names,
character, voice, photographs or likeness for promotional purposes for which winners
waive any claim of royalty.
9. Winners must sign a release form prior to and in order to claim their prize, unless
otherwise specified by the Promotions Department. Prizes are nontransferable and
not redeemable for cash.
10. Winners must provide Hunt Broadcasting, Inc./Boss 95.5 with their correct social
security number.
11. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
12. Employees of participating sponsors, Hunt Broadcasting, Inc./Boss 95.5, it’s
affiliates and subsidiaries and immediate family members residing in the same
household and employees of other broadcast are ineligible to win.
13. If after the contest starts, changes and or updates are deemed necessary, Hunt
Broadcasting, Inc./Boss 95.5, may make the required changes and announce them
on air.
14. Violation of any of these rules will forfeit winner’s claims to any prize.
15. Hunt Broadcasting, Inc./Boss 95.5, is not responsible for illegible, lost, late,
mutilated or misdirected mail.
16. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
